1. Acceptance of Terms

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coxa shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses

• Delays or failures in service delivery due to third-party providers
• Any damages exceeding the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim

9. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Coxa and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your violation of applicable laws or regulations

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco, California.
